Over a decade after the original Yoshi's Island for the SNES, comes this nicely done sequel.
You will take control of Yoshi who is going through a large variety of levels and worlds, jumping from various platforms, avoiding and attacking enemies, and just figuring out how to finish each level.
Just like before, you must safely get Baby Mario to the end of each level. If an enemy attacks Yoshi, Baby Mario will float away, and you must get him back before the timer runs out.
But you can now take ahold of Baby DK, Baby Peach, and Baby Wario. There are switch stations in levels you can use to switch between them. Each Baby has a special ability you will need to pass certain areas, or just use to help out. Baby Mario can make transparent blocks appear, Baby Peach can glide upward with your parasol, Baby DK can climb vines, and Baby Wario can use his magnet to get coins, and bring metal platforms closer.
You will see the levels displayed on both screens, sometimes you will be on the top screen, sometimes the bottom screen.
There are also a fun assortment of Mini-Games you can unlock and play.
A great update to the original, and a very fun title for your DS.
