The second installment in the Mario Kart Franchise. I great seller, and
a must have for any N64 gamer. Take control of 8 Racers, Mario, Luigi,
Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, DK, Toad, and Wario. And Race in 20 different
tracks part of 5 different cups. This game can now be played with up to
4 players, (2 max for GP races.) Up 2-4 can play in verses and battle
mode.
Items from the original have made their way back, shells to hit other
players, banana peels to make them slip, mushrooms for a speed boost.
But their have been new items added,
a blue shell which will speed through the track to get the person in
1st.
A 3 Combo for items, so you can have 3 Red or Green Shells, 3 Mushrooms.
The Battle Mode is like it was before, but since it's for the N64, the
Battle Arenas are much larger.
