A fun unique puzzle game. In Dr. Mario you have to get rid of all the viruses on screen. There are 3 different coloured viruses. Mario will throw pills onto the screen which will fall down, and you will have to move and flip them, and position them on the viruses. Each Pill is separated into 2. Each side can have a different colour, or the same colour. Lining up the same colour pills with the viruses will make them disappear. This game can get harder and harder depending on the skill level. There can get tons of viruses in a game and the speed can be very fast.
There is also a 2 player mode, where 2 players compete at the same time with the same set of pills and viruses.
Whoever gets rid of their viruses first wins the round. First to win 3 wins it all.
